These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Evera Labs website and to the apps we publish on Google Play. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our apps

Our apps are distributed through Google Play. Your download and use of an app is also subject to Google Play's terms and to any additional terms shown in the app's listing. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on your own devices for non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell our apps or website, except where the law allows;
• use them for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our services; or
• remove any copyright or other notices.

Your content and recordings

You own the content you create with our apps, including audio recordings. You are responsible for it and for following the laws about recording others, including getting consent where it is required. Please keep backups of anything important.

Intellectual property

The Evera Labs name, logo, apps, website and their content belong to Evera Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of any of them.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any app or part of the website at any time. Some updates may be needed for an app to keep working.

Disclaimer

Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Evera Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our website or apps. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
